Pranayam saves the day: Evening yoga practice

In addition to tinkering with my morning practice, my evening yoga practice has changed to accommodate a cranky low back, angry hips and an sense of overwhelm.

Usually by the end of the day, I feel exhausted, drained and wired at the same time. Sadly, I don’t have the strength in the evening to dive head long into my emotions. So, I enjoy this little practice to calm and soothe myself.
