Yoga Practice of the Month: Ujjayi Breath

Yep, rather than going with a pose, let’s play with some pranayama. Ujayi breath is wonderful for stilling the mind and bringing your focus inwards. It’s a boon for your physical practice because it helps you discern when you are doing too much. Without further ado I present: Ujayi Breath 🙂
